Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Amer Group Plc has been notified that The Land and Water Technology Foundation and its wholly-Pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act (Section 2:9), Amer Group Plc has been notified that The Land and Water Technology Foundation and its wholly-owned subsidiary Tukinvest Oy, together now own 1,223,339 Amer Group Plc's shares, representing 4.95% of the Company's shares in issue. The holdings fell below 5% due to the exercise of warrants and resultant share subscription and the related increase of the number of Amer Group Plc shares in issue to 24,707,020 on 30 November 2000.
The Land and Water Technology Foundation's holding totals 754,339 shares and Tukinvest's holding 469,000 shares, representing 3.05% and 1.90% of the Company's shares in issue, respectively.
