Schaffer Joins Europ Assistance USA as VP Operations and Chief Service Officer

Based in the company's Washington, DC, headquarters, Schaffer will manage Europ Assistance USA's assistance and claims centers, including the travel assistance, claims management, identity theft resolution, medical, concierge, and training teams.
