MEDIA ALERT - SEC Mutual Fund Prospectuses in Interactive Data Format: Rivet Software Available for Comment

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - May 21, 2008) -

WHAT: Mike Rohan, president of Rivet Software, is available for comment
on the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) open meeting on
the filing of mutual fund risk and return prospectuses in
          interactive data (XBRL) format.

"An interactive data standard is gaining widespread interest
since it allows investors to easily compare risk and return
information and fund objectives across multiple funds," said
Mike Rohan, president of Rivet Software. "In fact, there has
already been heavy interest in the Mutual Fund Prospectus Viewer
we created for the SEC. Mutual funds have also been pleasantly
surprised at the ease of preparing interactive data filings
          using Rivet's CrossTag™ XBRL Creator."

Rivet has been delivering XBRL solutions to SEC filers,
investors and the SEC for more than four years. Under contract
by the SEC, Rivet created the Mutual Fund Risk and Return Viewer,
an online viewer to display prospectuses filed with the SEC in
interactive data format. Now available on the SEC public web
site, the Mutual Fund Risk and Return Viewer enables users to
easily compare and contrast fund objectives, risk, and prior and
prospective returns. In addition, CrossTag™ XBRL Creator
allows non-technical users to easily convert financial
statements, mutual fund prospectus and other business
information, including notes, text and comments, into XBRL
          documents.

WHEN: Mike Rohan, president of Rivet Software, is available for comment
beginning Wednesday, May 21. Scheduling is determined upon each
          request.
