STC Associates Expands Its Technology Practice With the Addition of Audrey Austin

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 30, 2008) - STC Associates, an independent global brand management consultancy, announced today that Audrey Austin has joined the company as Senior Director, Client Services, Technology practice. Ms. Austin will be based in New York, where she will enhance STC's service delivery and client management.

Ms. Austin previously worked with Level 3 Communications as Senior Director, Customer Service, working with large strategic customers in the wholesale services market. Ms. Austin developed and maintained operational relationships with key customers, managed service delivery programs and worked on high-level customer escalations and priorities during a period of exponential business growth.

Ms. Austin holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a BS from St. John's University in New York.
