HAUPPAUGE, NY--(Marketwire - November 6, 2008) - Intellian Capital Advisors, LLC, a full
service merchant banking firm, announced the appointment of Ron Gray, the
current Managing Partner, to the position of Chairman of the Board of
Directors. In his new role, Mr. Gray will provide high level strategic
