Outcome Based Delivery Systems Announces the Appointment of Mark Avery as Company President

Former MGM MIRAGE Executive Brings Leadership and Management Expertise to Las Vegas' Fastest-Growing Primary Care Medical Provider

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - April 21, 2009) - Outcome Based Delivery Systems (OBDS), parent company to Canyon Gate Medical Group, has appointed Mark Avery as president. Avery will oversee OBDS' medical practices in Las Vegas, South Florida and Orlando. Avery joins OBDS from MGM MIRAGE, where he was a key member of the leadership team leading the Strategic Sourcing Group, which manages the company's purchasing process. Based in Las Vegas, Avery will begin with OBDS on May 1.

As Canyon Gate continues its expansion beyond its current five locations, Avery brings the vision, leadership and strategic expertise to support this rapid growth initiative. Throughout more than two decades of executive roles in companies of all sizes -- from start-ups to Fortune 500 operations, both private and publicly owned -- Avery has built a reputation for successfully managing complex undertakings. After leading companies like Burger King and YUM! Brands, Inc. to tens of millions of dollars in process improvements and advising Fortune 500 companies on how to do the same as a consultant with EDS, Avery has become known for his ability to build strategic alliances across business lines, enhance collaboration both internally and externally and maximize operational efficiency.

Avery brings these skills and others to OBDS, and will lead the company toward even more aggressive objectives in 2010.

"We are proud to have such a seasoned executive join our senior management team," said Dr. Eric Moskow, CEO and founder of OBDS. "Mark shares in our vision that healthcare should be equally available to all people, regardless of race, creed or financial status. We are deeply concerned about the unemployed, the Medicaid population and the poverty stricken. Together, Mark and our leadership team will develop new ways to address these issues and help make premium healthcare accessible for all residents of Las Vegas."

Avery has long recognized the positive impact that business savvy can bring to societal issues. Taking a hiatus from the corporate world in 2001, he spent three years founding and managing a faith-based nonprofit to serve individuals recovering from addiction and mental illness. His vision was to equip them with life and job skills. This experience and others in Avery's career echo Canyon Gate's commitment to delivering care that is not only clinically and financially sound, but compassionate as well.

About Canyon Gate Medical Group

Canyon Gate Medical Group delivers highly available, highly personalized medical services -- known as concierge medical care -- without charging the membership fee that similar practices require.

Each Canyon Gate patient is matched with one primary doctor who is available to him/her 24 hours daily for life, and who also serves as a personal medical liaison during any hospital stays or emergency room visits, and with other medical specialists.
