LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - May 11, 2010) - The Automobile Club of Southern California is hosting a member appreciation event at Six Flags Magic Mountain on Friday, May 21. Members can visit the park on that day for $25 by pre-purchasing their tickets online at http://AAA.com/sixflags, and the park closing time will be extended from 6 p.m. to midnight for members only so they can take advantage of shorter ride lines and full use of the park.
The park, located off Interstate 5 at 26101 Magic Mountain Parkway, opens at 10:30 a.m. on May 21. Auto Club members with this event ticket are welcome to come all day to the park and remain after it closes to the general public at 6 p.m.
"This is our first member appreciation after-hours event held at a theme park, and we're looking forward to sharing a great time with everyone," said Denise Bialek, AAA Discounts program manager for the Auto Club. "Theme park tickets are some of our most popular discounts."
In addition to the discount ticket, Auto Club members can save 10 percent off merchandise purchases of $15 or more at selected stores inside the park.
Auto Club members can purchase tickets online at http://AAA.com/sixflags to visit Six Flags Magic Mountain anytime for $27, or they can show their card at the front gate to get $5 off the general admission price of $54.99.
