DrupalCamp Atlanta Announces Open Registration & Call for Session Proposals

Second Annual Event Expected to Sell Out Again

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - August 3, 2010) -  DrupalCamp Atlanta, among the best-attended Drupal events in the southeast, announces the opening of registration and your opportunity to propose a session for the event. Drupal has become the leader among open source, content management systems (CMS) and flexible development frameworks. This second annual event reflects the growing reliance upon Drupal by corporations, non-profits, universities, and government. The event will be held October 2, 2010 in the Conference Center of the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) at 250 14th Street NW in Atlanta.

Registration fee for DrupalCamp Atlanta 2010 is $25, which includes a conference badge, light breakfast, lunch, and snacks. Attendees can upgrade to an Individual Sponsor Badge for $50 to receive a conference t-shirt and recognition on the website. The organizing committee anticipates that the event will sell out for the second consecutive year and encourages you to register at once.

DrupalCamp Atlanta needs you as a presenter, offering guidance to the Drupal Community and newcomers along the lines of four tracks: Drupal for Beginners; Drupal Theming, Design, and Usability; Drupal Development and Performance; and Drupal for Business and Services. The length of your proposed session should not exceed 50 minutes and should allow time for questions from the audience. Plans include Birds of a Feather sessions.
