With over thirty years experience in finance, budgeting, and SEC reporting, Mr. Noll has an extensive background in management and finance of large companies. Mr. Noll was Senior Vice President for a large commercial financial firm, and regional manager for Laventhol & Horwath CPA's, one of the largest international accounting firms. Mr. Noll held a position with the U.S. federal government along with a Department of Defense clearance.
