Upcoming Webinar Examines the Science and Strategy of Fit

Kenexa Client and Bersin CEO Share Steps to Replicating High Performance

WAYNE, PA--(Marketwire - Jun 9, 2011) - Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA), a global provider of business solutions for human resources, today announced details of an upcoming webinar titled "The Science and Strategy of Fit." Airing on Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. ET, this webcast will share and explain the research-based principles and tools that allow organizations to find and develop top performers. Presenters Keith Wiedenkeller, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of AMC Entertainment Inc., and Josh Bersin, CEO and President of Bersin & Associates, will examine the four steps to implementing the science and strategy of fit and the questions any business leader needs to ask to build more successful and enduring company cultures.

Globalization, shortened product cycles, new technologies and the recovering economy have created new business challenges. In this environment, what is the key to creating an enduring, globalized, high-performing business? The answer is in people. While executives know that innovation, product leadership and customer service are keys to success, they also know that without the right people, none of these strategies can succeed.

During the webinar, the presenters will share case examples of companies that have used the science and strategy of fit to improve sales, customer service, business growth and overall employee satisfaction.

Keith P. Wiedenkeller is senior vice president and chief people officer for AMC Entertainment Inc. (AMC). In this position, Wiedenkeller is responsible for all aspects of human resources including recruitment, diversity, training, organizational development, compensation & benefits, recognition, community relations, internal communication and employee relations. During his tenure at AMC, Wiedenkeller has been instrumental in developing and implementing a variety of associate programs, including the theatre staff and hourly manager health plans, a standardized performance management system, the AMC Diversity Council, online associate engagement surveys, flextime, adoption benefits, domestic partner benefits, and the AMC Learning Center (an online learning management system). His efforts earned the company three Kansas City Business Journal "Best Places to Work" awards in 2002 and 2003, as well as recognition in 2008 as "Best Large Employer" from the Missouri Governor's Council on Disability and a "Best Companies to Work For" award from Ingram's magazine in 2010.

Josh Bersin has worked with hundreds of companies to deliver high impact employee learning, leadership development and talent management. In 2004, he founded Bersin & Associates to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. Today, the firm is the "go to" source for human resources, talent and learning decision makers seeking insights on the best practices, trends and metrics that drive business results. Bersin is a frequent speaker at industry events including the HR Technology Conference, the ASTD International Conference, and the Learning Technologies Conference.
