As big as your fist and five times the size of the normal prawn dumpling, the adeptly named the King of Dumplings elevates a dim-sum tradition to a huge new level.

Man Ho Chinese Restaurant proudly presents its latest signature dish -- The Lobster King Dumpling, brain child of Chinese Executive Chef, Ricky Wu. Succulent, aromatic, tender and juicy, Chef Wu hand-makes the dumplings using fresh lobster meat, equivalent to one whole fresh lobster. The dish was inspired by traditional Cantonese and European culinary styles.

Wrapped in traditional dumpling skin, the fresh lobster meat is seasoned with Chef Wu's secret recipe. The real secret to the dish however, he says, "is in the condiments accompanying the dish -- two specially prepared sauces made of Italian Balsamic Vinegar and lobster jus", respectively. The sauces are essential to the dish as it brings out the full flavors of the dumpling, creating a kaleidoscope of flavors when you take your first bite. He added, "Great as an appetizer if you have a big appetite or filling enough as a main dish!"

The Lobster King Dumpling is priced at HKD$128+ per piece and is available now for lunch and dinner daily in this stunning Lantau hotel's Man Ho Chinese Restaurant.
