Sales Surge in Parkland's Heron Bay With 65 New Homes Sold During 2011

Construction Is Underway for 35 New Homes


BONITA SPRINGS, FL--(Marketwire - Jan 12, 2012) - WCI Communities closed the year with the sale of 65 new homes in Parkland's Heron Bay, meeting the company's aggressive residential sales projections. WCI began sales of its 196 new homes in May 2011. More than two thirds of the homesites released (65 out of 98) have been sold with new homesites opening; construction is underway on 35 of the homes.
