Warrants - amendment of terms
Further to the announcement made 5 July 2012 in relation to the proposed alteration of terms of the warrants, the board confirms that warrant holders have consented to the alteration.
Therefore the warrants issued pursuant to the announcement on 15 August 2011 which are exercisable at a price of 1.75 pence, may now be exercised up until 15 August 2013, and the warrants exercisable at 2.25 pence, may now be exercised up until 15 August 2014. All other terms of these warrants remain unchanged.
