has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that its
voting rights in Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, ISIN:
DE000A0HN5C6, have fallen below the threshold of 3% on 19 July 2012 and as
of such date amount to 2.98% (this corresponds to 4,355,809 voting rights).

These 2.98% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 4,355,809 voting
rights) are to be attributed to the company according to Article 22,
Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG.
