Before accepting the lead position in Key Largo, he served as General Manager of the Florida City Ramada. Miguel has been working in the hotel industry since 1994. In his position at one of Florida's prominent Key Largo fishing marina hotels, Miguel and the Courtyard staff work diligently to insure guests a pleasant and relaxing hotel experience. In his free time, Miguel enjoys fishing and going to the beach. He calls South Florida home with his wife Izabella and 5-year-old son Max.
