In her new role, Thorn will report to Technomedia executive vice president and general manager of U.S. Operations, Dwaine Maltais, and will be responsible for developing strategies, tactics and programs that create interest, demand and recognition for Technomedia and its talent management suite of products. She will also create innovative product marketing strategies and identify new markets and opportunities to ensure the company meets its aggressive growth goals.

Thorn brings more than a decade of experience to Technomedia, having held several high level positions in the recruiting technology space. She most recently served as vice president of Communications & Branding for digital recruitment company Evenbase Inc., where she led the growth of the brand in the U.S. She previously worked for Broadbean Technology, a division of Evenbase, as marketing director responsible for managing the company's branding, marketing and social media strategies and for developing ideas for company growth. Earlier in her career, Thorn served as a business and search consultant and as an executive recruiter.

In addition to her professional experience, Thorn is also an accomplished blogger, sharing her thought leadership and industry expertise in the area of digital recruitment on Blogging4Jobs and as a job search contributor for Huffington Post. A widely sought after public speaker, she has shared her insight at numerous business and recruiting industry conferences and events.
