Hotel in Munich Celebrates Expanded Dining Space With Innovative New Breakfast

The Munich steakhouse is already known for serving fine food from the grill, but it will soon be renowned for much more. Unveiling the results of an extensive remodel and expansion, the restaurant is now divided into three zones: Meat, Meet and Honey.

The tempting triumvirate of spaces is distinguished by more than just names, however. "Meat" represents the original steakhouse where the best steaks in town continue to be served, but which is now clad in abundant wood and leather. "Meet" refers to the center of the restaurant where guests can casually gather for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or where larger groups can congregate. And "Honey" is the relaxing lounge area, which is dominated by low tables and chairs, warm colors and the theme of honey, which finds expression in the honey station and the hotel's homemade honey. Depending on group size or occasion, the three areas can be used together or separated by room dividers.

A special feature of the restaurant is the open-kitchen concept: At open kitchen islands, warm breakfast dishes are prepared in front of guests and offered either at the buffet or brought directly to the table.

Another innovation on the menu is elf30, an extensive breakfast for connoisseurs available each Sunday from 11:30 a.m. Guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet, which includes hot meals, complemented by a small bottle of sparkling wine. Thanks to the presence of the team from Himaphan Spa, one of the finest hotel spas in Munich, there are also pleasant and relaxing moments to be had in between bites, like complimentary hand and neck massages.

Just as before the renovation, this modern hotel in Munich continues to place great emphasis on using top-quality products. Guests can still expect to be served only the best grades of meat: The menu features USDA prime beef, which corresponds to the world's highest quality standards, and beef from the cooperative Bavaria OX, which comes from farmers in the region.
