PITTSBURGH, PA--(Marketwired - Jun 6, 2014) - Panera Bread is kicking off their fifth annual Panera Bread Pup Walk that will be held at the Waterfront (210 West Bridge St., W. Homestead Pa. 15120) on Sunday, June 8 at 10:00 a.m. The two mile fun walk for dogs and their owners will be led by Charlie and Latasha Batch with proceeds benefitting The Western Pennsylvania Humane Society (WPHS). Collectively, over the last four years of this campaign Panera Bread was to donate over $65,000 to the WPHS.
The event includes a two mile fun walk for dogs and their owner along with various vendors, raffle prizes and dog-friendly games. In celebration of the event, pet owners will also have the opportunity to dine conveniently outdoors on the Panera Bread Patio with their pets after the Walk.
Pet owners have been pre-registering online at www.panerapupwalk.org and can still register on site at the day of the event beginning at 9:00 a.m. The event will be held in the Town Center area of the Waterfront, near the Panera Bread café.
