Labrador Announces Appointment of President and Interim Chief Financial Officer

Labrador Technologies Inc. ("Labrador" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:LTX) announces that, effective October 26, 2015, Jeffrey Howe has accepted the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), replacing Bruce MacDonald who has been President and CFO of the Company. Mr. MacDonald will remain on Labrador's Board of Directors. The Company wishes to thank Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Howe for their continuing valuable contributions to the Company as Directors. The Board intends to commence a search for a new CFO in due course and Mr. Ronald Sterne, Chief Executive Officer, has assumed the duties as President of the Company.
