Media Advisory: Former Fighting Dogs Will Be Given Second Chance at Life

Nearly two years after their original rescue, dogs who faced horrific cruelty at the hands of humans will have the opportunity for a fresh start


KING CITY, ON--(Marketwired - July 24, 2017) - Dog Tales Rescue and Sanctuary is working with the Ontario SPCA to save the lives of a group of dogs rescued from an alleged fighting ring in Tilbury, Ontario, in late 2015. This ground-breaking case made international headlines when tens of thousands of animal advocates around the world, including a number of celebrities, stood up and demanded that the dogs be given a second chance at life rather than face euthanasia. Finally, a solution has been found, and the dogs will soon begin a new chapter of their lives.
