ROCHESTER, N.Y., Aug. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fairport Brewing Company, a leading Upstate New York farm brewery, announced today that it has launched its first proprietary formula, New England-style BuchaBeer (pronounced “boocha beer”), called Crown Jewel. The malt beverage combines a light and refreshing Belgian wheat-based brew containing hints of citrus and peach with a proprietary, probiotic-powered kombucha fermented tea blend.
This tasty brew is loaded with probiotics, B vitamins, minimal calories, low carbs and is gluten reduced. Available on-tap and in 12 oz. cans, the beer contains only 86 calories, 5.6 carbs, B12 at over 1000% of the daily recommended value, and a 4.1% ABV.
