Todd most recently worked as the Lead Sommelier at the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, just south of San Francisco. He ran award-winning wine programs at L'Auberge de Sedona, as well as opening Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage and Dove Mountain.
He has recently curated the wine program for upscale seafood restaurant Navio and Cork wine bar and created a cocktail program for Conservatory restaurant, Ocean Terrace restaurant and Navio. Todd also implemented draft cocktail and specialty ice programs along with the redevelopment of the Conservatory concept in January of this year.
