Howard Loewenberg and Doug Webster to Join DH Capital

Mr. Loewenberg and Mr. Webster are among the most accomplished bankers serving these industries and have advised on numerous significant transactions in the sector, including the approximately $400 million sale of Peak 10, Inc. to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, the $525 million acquisition of CyrusOne by Cincinnati Bell, and the October 2013 sale of Pivot Data Centres to Rogers Communications for C$155 million. With 27 years of experience in investment banking, Mr. Loewenberg previously distinguished himself in M&A and telecom/Internet infrastructure leadership roles at Alex. Brown & Sons, Bankers Trust, and Deutsche Bank. Mr. Webster has more than twenty five years of investment banking, investment and operating experience in the communications and technology industries, having previously served as Group Vice President for MCI Communications, where he was responsible for all M&A and investment activity.
