Komet Resources Inc.: Appointment of Mr. Andre Gagne as President and CEO

QUÉBEC CITY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwired - March 11, 2014) - Komet Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:KMT) is pleased to announce that Mr. André Gagné has been appointed President and CEO. Mr. Gagné, who was already a member of the Board of Directors, has accepted with enthusiasm the challenge to manage this new gold exploration company recently listed on the TSX Venture exchange. Until last May, he was President and CEO of Robex Resources Inc., a Canadian mining company that he successfully restructured within 6 years from a distressed asset to a gold producer whose mine will start up this month. He is an accomplished businessman with over 30 years' experience and he is also member of the board of several companies.
