This year, the contest Moscow Confectionery Art Cup will be held for the first time. During three days confectioners will compete in different categories and create the artistic masterpieces from sugar, cream, chocolate and pastry under time pressure. Other highlights include live presentations from the company Richemont (international center of excellence for the bakery and confectionery industry), sweetART (partner of the sweet art) and leading exhibitors and market leaders at their booths. On the last day of the exhibition the attention will be given to the new generation: the Career Day / Student Forum. We bring exhibitors and future generation of leaders of Russia together and show interesting and lucrative future prospects for both sides.

Lectures and topics -- on the way to the bakery of the 21st century
This year the conference programme of Modern Bakery Moscow is focused on the bakery of the 21st century. There will be important questions discussed which will shape the future.
