AsiaBaseMetals Inc. Announces Results from Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 23, 2014) - AsiaBaseMetals Inc. ("AsiaBaseMetals" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ABZ) announces the results of its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), which was held on April 17, 2014 in Vancouver, British Columbia at which 30.86% of the issued shares were represented.

Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions presented, including the re-election of all director nominees, namely Steven Khan, Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse, Gerald Booth, Raj Chowdhry, and Joseph Piekenbrock.
