EEC perceives data centers as a single, integrated system rather than separate and distinct pieces, and as such has taken a unique and holistic approach to all phases of the data center lifecycle known as Integrated Critical Infrastructure Solutions™ (ICIS). Boasting over 28 years of leadership and success in mission critical facility management, EEC assists customers in overcoming all challenges with comprehensive, integrated facility services through its new Mission Critical Construction Services Division. Appointed President of the Mission Critical Construction Services Division, Mr. O'Brien brings to EEC over 30 years of engineering and construction experience, with the last 15 years dedicated solely to mission critical construction servicing a wide array of industries. Throughout his career with Structure Tone, Gilbane, Inc. and Bear Stearns, O'Brien was entrusted with over 13 million square feet of critical construction projects, utilizing his expertise in preconstruction, estimating, procurement, construction, and commissioning. An industry veteran, his leadership of the Mission Critical Construction Services Division will not only uphold but also accelerate delivery of the proven offerings and high standards for which EEC is known throughout the industry.

"I am thrilled to be joining an organization dedicated to mission critical facilities. EEC's unique, integrated approach has enabled the company to offer customers superior support in all aspects of the data center environment," O'Brien stated.
