ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwired - Jul 1, 2014) -  Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that it will release its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2014 before the market opens in New York on Thursday, July 3, 2014.

On the same day, Thursday, July 3, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. ET, the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
