National Cable Television Cooperative Signs Agreement With Qwilt to Provide Transparent Video Caching and Delivery Solution to 950 NCTC Members


KANSAS CITY, MO--(Marketwired - Jul 28, 2014) - Qwilt Inc., a global leader in transparent video caching solutions, and National Cable Television Cooperative, Inc. (NCTC), a cooperative of independent cable operators, today announced that they have signed a master agreement for the sale of Qwilt's Video Caching Solution to the NCTC membership. With this agreement, NCTC members will be able to purchase and deploy Qwilt's video caching solution in their networks to optimize video traffic, reduce network costs and improve customer Quality of Experience.

Qwilt's video caching solution is already deployed at a number of NCTC member networks and the results, in terms of ROI and improved Quality of Experience are excellent.
