TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 28, 2014) - Supreme Pharmaceuticals Inc. has announced its intention to consolidate its issued and outstanding share capital on the basis of five (5) current shares for one (1) new share. All fractional shares equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.
As a result, the outstanding common shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 59,184,637.
The shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis and with a new CUSIP number on July 29, 2014. The name and symbol will not change.
Please note that all open orders will be cancelled at the end of business today, July 28, 2014. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
