Highvista Gold Inc. Announces the Resignation of Its President and CEO


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 30, 2014) - Highvista Gold Inc. ("Highvista" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:HVV) announces that Mr. Richard Adams will resign as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective August 29, 2014. Mr. Adams will continue in his role of President and CEO until August 29, 2014 and as a director for a short time thereafter in order to assist Highvista with the transition to a new President and CEO.

Mr. Adams resigned as CEO in order to pursue an opportunity within the mining group at an investment bank.
