Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. Announces Class B Non-Voting Share Distribution

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - July 30, 2014) - Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BCF) announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.3864 per Class B Non-Voting share of the Corporation. The distribution will be paid on July 31, 2014 to holders of Class B Non-Voting shares of record on July 28, 2014.
