Riverview Financial Corporation Declares a Cash Dividend for the Third Quarter of 2014


HALIFAX, PA--(Marketwired - Aug 22, 2014) - Riverview Financial Corporation (OTCQB: RIVE) announced that on August 21, 2014 its Board of Directors declared the payment of a cash dividend of $0.1425 per share. This represents a $.02 or 14% increase over the $0.125 per share cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2013. The dividend is payable on September 30, 2014 to all shareholders of record as of September 2, 2014.

Robert M.
