Realizing she had a knack for the business world she started with our Atlanta branch and in only a month was promoted to an Account Manager position. Within seven months, Rochelle moved into an Assistant Manager role where she thrived and expanded into the Branch Manager of the NY location. Rochelle, the Manager of Echelon International Marketing, states that "We believe in investing our time and training to our existing employees and give them the opportunity to be groomed into an Executive Management position. Our goal is for select candidates to complete our training program and ultimately oversee new programs, markets, and locations."
