Greg Sherwood Joins C&W as Facilities Management Lead for Canada

C&W Expands Facilities Management Services Executive Team


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 23, 2014) - Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. today announced a new appointment to our global Facilities Management Services executive team. Greg Sherwood will serve as Facilities Management Canada Lead.

Mr. Sherwood has more than 20 years of experience in facilities management, project management, financial management, strategic procurement, staff management, and contract negotiations. His most recent position was Chief Operating Officer of CleanMark Group Inc., where he was responsible for client relationship management, business growth and financial reporting. Prior to CleanMark, Mr. Sherwood worked with CBRE for six years as a Global Director of Facilities Management, directing a team of 45 and overseeing all contracted services. He held other senior Facilities Management positions for Exchange Solutions, Inc. and the Ministry of the Attorney General for the Ontario Government.

Mr. Sherwood studied Facility Management at Ryerson University. He is a Certified Management Representative authorized to sit on any Joint Health & Safety Committee in Canada, and a member of IFMA and BOMA.
