QUÉBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 30, 2014) - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, will officially open Gilmour Hill for year-round use on Friday. Minister Lebel will be accompanied by Régis Lebeaume, Mayor of Québec City, and Margaret F. Delisle, President of the Board of Directors of the National Battlefields Commission.
