Golden Tag Appoints Prominent Montreal Businessman George Durst to Board of Directors


MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Nov. 20, 2014) - Golden Tag Resources Ltd (TSX VENTURE:GOG) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. George Durst as an independent director to the Company's Board of Directors effectively immediately. Mr. Durst has a long and storied career as one of Montreal's most successful entrepreneurs having founded the House of Jazz, Cage aux Sports and other Montreal based establishments and businesses. He also has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Saratoga Electronic Solutions Inc.

Mr. Durst has recently filed a regulatory report at www.sedar.com indicating that he owns or controls some 7.9 million Golden Tag shares representing 14.8% of outstanding shares and making him the Company's largest single shareholder.
