(TSX VENTURE:LVL) reports that Richard Andrews has informed the company of his resignation as a director effective December 31, 2014 for personal reasons. Mr. Andrews has agreed to continue to provide the company with business consulting services as a senior advisor subsequent to his resignation. As a result of his resignation, Mr. Andrews will also cease to be the chairman of the board of directors.
