Our protocols are strict and designed to protect our people and prevent incidents. We work in close partnership with the union to offer the best working conditions for our employees, which have been recently ratified in our collective bargaining agreement.

This technology surpasses regulations. We worked with the Armoured Car Association and "Bureau de la sécurité privée" in Quebec over the past years and contributed to improved government standards. As an example, we partnered with the "École nationale de police du Québec" to adapt our armoured car training created 10 years ago; this training has become mandatory.
Statistically, it is not proven that crew count contributes to best protect the armoured car professionals. Today, nearly all armoured transportation services in the US and Canada are done with a two-person crew. We are far from European countries such as UK and Belgium which are highly regulated and operate one-person crews. Nothing replaces great training and vigilant employees who respect procedures. It is recognized within the industry that strictly following the security protocols is the best way to protect ourselves in combination with technology, proper equipment and certified training, including fire arm manipulation.
