(the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that it will release its financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2014 after the market closes in New York today, Thursday, January 15, 2015.

The following day, Friday, January 16, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time, the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the financial results.
