SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwired - Feb 17, 2015) - Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce today announced that Scott Schlumberger has been named Senior Managing Director, Occupier Services for Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce. Schlumberger will be based in Seattle, but will cover Nevada, Idaho and Utah as well. Schlumberger will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce and its leaders, brokers and advisory professionals, and colleagues within Cushman & Wakefield to provide real estate solutions to occupier clients.

As Senior Director of Occupier Services, Schlumberger will orchestrate solutions for clients involving real estate portfolio strategy, transaction management, lease administration, project management, and facilities management. The results of these activities will enable clients to optimize enterprise performance through effective corporate real estate strategies.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce, Schlumberger was the Director of Transaction Management and Strategic Consulting for CBRE. He has developed and coordinated successful corporate real estate strategy, occupancy planning and transaction execution for Microsoft in 140 locations. He was also Managing Director of Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease where he oversaw investment strategy, capital transactions, and portfolio management in multiple domestic and foreign geographic regions.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction in the University of Washington's College of the Built Environment.
