Mountain America Announces 2015 Scholarship Opportunities

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwired - Feb 27, 2015) - Mountain America Credit Union's 2015 scholarship program launched February 20, with three Paul R. Ball Memorial Scholarships being offered to credit union members and their families.

"We have provided scholarships for many years because we believe education is one of the major drivers that keep Utah's economic development on the rise. And we continue to be amazed at the academic abilities, community service and goals of our scholarship applicants," said Marshall Paepke, EVP/CAO of Mountain America. "At Mountain America, we are committed to helping students achieve their career dreams and life aspirations."

Mountain America awards $2,000 each to three winners of the Paul R. Ball Memorial Scholarship, which honors a former Mountain America vice president who died in a tragic automobile accident in 1992.
