MICHAEL W. DEPASQUALE serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BIO-key International, a New Jersey headquartered developer of advanced biometric security solutions. Mike was appointed Chairman of the company in February 2014 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2003. Mike brings more than 25 years of extensive executive management, sales and marketing experience to the Company. Prior to joining BIO-key, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prism eSolutions, Inc., a Pennsylvania-based provider of professional consulting services and online solutions for ISO-9001 / 14000 certification serving customers in manufacturing, healthcare and government markets.
