EUROPEAN METALS CORP. ("EMC" or the Company") (CSE:ECU) is pleased to announce the extension of the agreement for the option to acquire an 80% interest in the Berehaven Copper Mines located in the Allihies Mining District, County Cork, Ireland to October 1, 2015, for the performance of the work commitment of $250,000, that was to have been completed, originally, on or before February 1, 2015.

Except for the amendment proposed herein, all provisions in the Option Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Walter Hanych has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of EMC to pursue other opportunities. We thank him for his valuable service as director of the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
