Six New Individuals Added to the "Wanted by the CBSA" List


OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 31, 2015) - Canada Border Services Agency

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) today announced the addition of six new cases to the Wanted by the CBSA website.

Since the "Wanted by the CBSA" program was established in 2011, the response has been tremendous and the CBSA encourages the public to frequently visit the "Wanted by the CBSA" Web page for updates on new cases and apprehensions.

Members of the public are reminded that they should not take action to apprehend the individuals listed on the CBSA website. Any information on the whereabouts of these wanted individuals should be reported to the CBSA Border Watch Toll-free Line at 1-888-502-9060.

Quick Facts

  • The following individuals were added to the list, and are all inadmissible to Canada for serious criminality:
    • Ricardo Ivan Alvarez Martinez
    • Nigel Lester Brusch
    • Mohamadou Camara
    • Jose Guadalupe Ocampo Arizmendi
    • Luis Alberto Raposo Simas
    • Qifang Weng
  • To date, as a result of this program, Canadians have assisted the CBSA in locating:
    • 60 individuals in Canada, of which the CBSA has removed 52 from the country, and
    • 17 individuals abroad.
