Akkadian Labs Introduces New Features for akkadian Provisioning Manager Express 4.1

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 27, 2015) -  Akkadian Labs, the software development company that enhances collaboration solutions, announced the General Availability of akkadian Provisioning Manager Express (aPME) version 4.1, as well as a new licensing model that supports User Based Licensing (UBL) in additional to the traditional Device Based Licensing (DBL). aPME 4.1 further simplifies provisioning with a streamlined interface, reducing the number of fields required to provision a user down to as little as three. The new release of aPME now also supports Contact Center Express 9 or above.

"Our clients will find benefit from new efficiencies in a once complicated process. The continuous simplification of provisioning new users and devices will also assist companies to improve their technology adoption rates by making it easier to roll-out new features and services," said Tom Bamert, a Founder, Akkadian Labs.

In conjunction with the feature release, Akkadian Labs has developed a new pricing model to accommodate how technologies are evolving. As organizations are supporting an increasing number of devices (i.e., phone, smart phone, tablet, wearables) aPME makes it simpler to provision them by creating a UBL model.

"Essentially, whether a user has two devices or five, the license to provision them is the same. Akkadian Labs is here to accommodate our clients' business needs by streamlining business processes; likewise, a UBL model makes sense because it will make it easier for our clients to provision the new devices they need."

Some of the world's leaders in the following industries have used aPME

  • Temporary real estate
  • Construction management
  • Higher Education
  • Hospitals & healthcare
  • Legal Services
