Market Manager, Donaven Pierce, reports that the company is looking to promote at least 7 new Market Managers this year through the company's in-house management training system, which focuses on marketing communications, leadership, and sales management. Considerations for these promotions has already begun with the advancement of Market Managers, Chrisonya McKay and Jarika Johnson, who have shown their ability to manage, motivate, and deliver results.

When asked about the promotion process at Top Tier Marketing Inc., Pierce explained that the company promotes individuals based on a variety of factors from ethics to performance. Pierce proudly spoke of his most recent promotions, stating: "Jarika and Chrisonya are both focused individuals who know they want more from life.
