Rainmaker Entertainment Announces Changes to Board of Directors


VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - July 02, 2015) - Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. ("Rainmaker" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RNK) announces that Patrick Ryan has resigned as director of the Company.

Mr. Steve Hendry CA, CPA, who joined the Board in July 2014, will now assume the duties as Chairman of the Audit Committee in place of Mr. Ryan. The Company thanks Mr. Ryan for his efforts as a director and Chair of the Audit Committee.

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Mackey CA, CPA, as a director of the Company and as a member of its Audit Committee. Mr. Mackey served as a Partner at Deloitte LLP up until 2010, after 28 years with the firm. Mr. Mackey has served as a member of the Board of VicWest Inc. and is currently Chair of the Board of Directors at Candu Energy Inc. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
