Gear International Inc. Announces Joint Venture With Applied Integrated Dynamics, Inc. for AquaFer Water Production Technology

PENSACOLA, FL--(Marketwired - Sep 1, 2015) -  Gear International, Inc. (OTC PINK: GEAR) - Gear International, Inc. (GEAR) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the owners of a proprietary technology known as "AquaFer™", an atmospheric distillation process that produces clean water economically from atmospheric air. As a result of the joint venture, the group has collectively formed the company Applied Integrated Dynamics, Inc.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, GEAR will receive 25% of the founder stock in Integrated Dynamics, Inc. in exchange for providing the capital and financing necessary to begin manufacturing of the AquaFer "Q" System and continue further development of the technology for a large and expanding list of product applications and market segments. GEAR will also maintain an ongoing management role in the marketing and expansion of the company and its technology as directed by the intellectual property owners.
