Polsinelli Real Estate Attorneys to Speak at the Mortgage Bankers Association of NY Panel on Mezzanine Lending in December

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 23, 2015) - Three lawyers at Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm with a strong and growing real estate practice in New York, will be speaking at the Real Estate Mezzanine Lending Documentation and Deal Structuring Breakfast Panel hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association of NY on December 2, 2015 at 8:00 AM.

Brooks Clark, Michael Herman and Dan Flanigan will discuss various aspects of mezzanine lending, from loan documentation to default and enforcement to the interaction between mezzanine and mortgage lenders. Jeffrey Lehman, Managing Director of Prime Finance will also be joining the panel.
